In this role you will lead business support services ensuring the effective delivery of human resource management, financial management and logistical services to meet regional performance objectives. The Manager Regional Services will actively lead and manage the strategies and systems that are integral to ensuring continuous improvement of the capacity and capability of the region to meet performance objectives. The primary accountabilities of the Manager Regional Services include: • Provide advice, guidance, coordination and quality assurance on all aspects of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary matters, change management, performance management, injury management, organisational culture and development and talent engagement.Please refer to role profile for full details.
