Lead the future capability of Queensland Government Insurance Fund (QGIF) by designing and implementing a contemporary learning and development framework that supports workforce capability, succession planning and organisational growth. This strategic leadership role will drive innovative training, organisational development and business improvement initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to deliver blended learning programs, strengthen workforce capability and foster a culture of continuous learning. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help shape the future workforce while improving systems, processes and operational excellence across a unique government insurance environment.
