Play a leading role in driving change, engagement and communications across the program establishing and operationalising the new Woodford Youth Detention Centre. Supporting a large non-ICT program of organisational, cultural and operational initiatives, the role coordinates integrated change approaches across more than 25 interconnected initiatives. Working closely with program leadership, the role shapes the program narrative, supports stakeholder readiness and helps ensure successful implementation across all workstreams. The position also considers impacts across the broader youth detention network, supporting alignment and consistency where required.
