The Project Officer, Minor Works and Maintenance has a key role in assisting the Infrastructure Program Coordinator in the state-wide formulation, coordination, implementation, delivery and management of QAS building related programs, including statutory and planned maintenance, condition assessments, building compliance and management, soft services and minor capital works.The role will also assist with the financial tracking, ordering, payment and reporting of minor works and maintenance programs, contribute to the development of policy and guidelines and provide advice to the QAS Regions and Districts consistent with the objectives of the QAS.
