Property Services delivers a range of office accommodation services, building maintenance, security and fleet services for the department. This role will focus primarily on building maintenance, however the successful applicant may be called upon to assist with the delivery of other projects within the realm of Property Services. Building maintenance pertains to works and repairs, both planned and unplanned, undertaken to the department’s property portfolio. The portfolio consists of leased accommodation (commercial and employee housing), detention centres, and other owned properties.
