We are seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer to join our Engagement Team within West End State School. This role supports students to actively engage in learning by assisting teachers in classrooms, building positive relationships, and promoting inclusive and supportive learning environments. The successful applicant will work closely with students who require additional encouragement to participate, helping to improve attendance, support connection, belonging and overall engagement in education. Knowledge of Dr Amy Berry's Engagement Continuum and experience working with tier 3 supports is preferable. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
