Take responsibility for managing patients across preoperative, postoperative recovery units, and the Ward, ensuring effective communication with consultants and other specialties. Oversee the selection and timely evaluation of investigations, maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation, including discharge summaries, and liaise with nursing and allied health staff to deliver coordinated care. Additionally, provide medico-legal reports as required and communicate compassionately with
