The Superintendent has accountability for leading the delivery of an efficient and effective operational prison service. This includes leading and initiating the delivery of the TPS Business Plan, identifying, implementing and supporting the achievement of business objectives. As a member of the Functional Management Team (FMT) and the operational function team, the Superintendent will contribute and implement the Section’s objectives as outlined in their annual staff report and the Function Business Plan.
