The Relationship Manager, Escalation Review role sits within the Strategy and Engagement Division within Victim Assist. The team consists of a Team Leader (A07), two Senior Liaison Officers (A06), and two Senior Review Officers (A06). The Relationship Manager is a critical leadership role within VAQ, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Engagement. This position is designed to strengthen stakeholder engagement, streamline operations, and address systemic challenges within the victim support sector. The Relationship Manager serves as a centralised point of contact for victim advocacy groups, oversees the Escalation Review Team, and works closely with the Office of the Victims Commissioner to ensure effective management of complaints and systemic issues.Please refer to role profile for full details.
