As part of the Safety, Health and Wellbeing team, the Principal Advisor Rehabilitation and Wellbeing is responsible for the effective delivery of a professional workplace rehabilitation and organisational wellbeing across the department.Using your knowledge and expertise, you will be responsible for partnering, promoting, and delivering best practice rehabilitation and wellbeing support to the department as well as developing and implementing safe, and supportive return to work and wellbeing strategies for employees. Your knowledge of WorkCover claims management is exemplar as are your strategies, programs and initiatives that are focused on reducing claim numbers and enhancing workers experience in return-to-work and wellbeing programs. To support your objectives, this role will have one direct report (Senior Rehabilitation and Wellbeing Advisor).
