The Clinical Team Leader is a key operational role within the QAS, reporting directly to the Executive Manager. The role is responsible for leading and managing the staff and resources of the Clinical Hub on a shift basis, ensuring that the service meets QAS standards and key performance indicators.The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for on shift supervision, leadership and mentoring of a diverse range of clinicians within the Clinical Hub.The position also plays a pivotal role in the establishment and maintenance of effective relationships within the QAS, Queensland Health, and with other relevant stakeholders.
