Meridan State College has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Head of Department (Junior Secondary) to join our Leadership Team, commencing in Term 3, 2026. The successful applicant will lead and manage transitions, primary school partnerships, and the Year 7 and 8 cohort to maximise student attendance, engagement and achievement. Working collaboratively with the leadership team, the Head of Department will support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning programs that enhance outcomes for Junior Secondary students.
