The role provides centralised governance and oversight of prisoner technologies across Queensland correctional centres, including the prisoner telephone system, virtual visits, and related contracted services. It leads policy development, assurance frameworks, risk management, and statewide change initiatives, working closely with Digital Services and senior operational leaders to ensure safe, secure and rehabilitative technology outcomes.
