We are seeking a Senior Policy Officer to work in the Intergovernmental Relations team in Strategic Policy (Child and Family). As a Senior Policy Officer you will provide strategic policy advice, undertake major policy projects, and analyse information to achieve the department’s strategic objectives in relation to the provision of policy and legislation. The Intergovernmental Relations team coordinates and drives the department’s Commonwealth/State relations including managing our intergovernmental agreements, setting the frameworks for and engaging with the Commonwealth on key areas of reform and supporting the participation of the Minister in key national forums.
