Are you an experienced Guidance Officer passionate about supporting young people and strengthening school-based wellbeing practice? An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Guidance Officer (0.6 FTE) to join the Metropolitan South Region, Student Wellbeing Workforce, with a key focus on supporting secondary schools. In this role, you will provide professional leadership, supervision, and support to multidisciplinary wellbeing staff, strengthening consistent, high-quality responses to student mental health, engagement and wellbeing needs. You will work collaboratively with schools and regional teams to enhance practice capability, support complex case coordination, and ensure students are connected to appropriate supports. This is a temporary part-time opportunity until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.
