Join Simtars as a Training Quality and Compliance Officer.We are seeking a proactive professional to support our RTO in meeting national standards, legislation and the VET Quality Framework.In this role, you will develop and improve policies and procedures, support audits, maintain evidence and compliance systems, investigate complaints, and provide clear, practical advice to senior leaders. You will work closely with training coordinators and stakeholders to embed quality across daily operations.You will bring experience in the RTO or VET sector, strong communication skills, and familiarity with systems such as aXcelerate.A TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or relevant assessment units) and a current driver's licence are desirable.Join us in strengthening high quality training for the resources sector.
