The Diabetes Service delivers nurse led diabetes education clinics (adult and paediatric) and contributes to a broader diabetes multidisciplinary medical and allied health team to provide expert, quality, accountable care, and education in diabetes to patients across the care continuum and in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards and evidence-based practice.
