Contribute to improving health outcomes for First Nations Peoples within the growing West Moreton Region! The purpose of this role is to deliver high level cultural advice and professional and culturally specific support to First Nations adults in West Moreton through the implementation of a range of chronic disease management activities, and through the application of the principles of best practice, education and leadership to ensure safe practice and high-quality client outcomes. No experience necessary – all training provided! Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld) it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
