The Principal Investigator leads a team of Senior Investigators within Reportable Conduct Investigations (family-based care) who investigate allegations of reportable conduct involving foster and kinship carers and adult household members under the Child Safe Organisations Act 2024. This role provides strategic leadership, guidance, and quality assurance to ensure investigations are culturally safe, child-centred, and completed within legislated timeframes. This role undertakes complex investigations and offers expert advice to senior management, regions and operational areas to enhance understanding and compliance with the reportable conduct scheme.
