This is an exciting three-month (possible extension) opportunity to step into a leadership role at Rockhampton Hospital and build valuable experience. The position supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of key administrative services within the Administration and Development Unit, while leading and mentoring administration officers to ensure patient-focused service delivery. The role oversees recruitment, supervision, and coordination across Switchboard Services, Reception, Administrative Ward Staff, Directors’ Secretaries, and Administration Relief and Casual Pools. This short-term opportunity offers strong exposure across all functions of the unit, making it an ideal learning experience to broaden leadership capability and operational knowledge.
