As a Senior Data Analyst within the Business Intelligence and Customer Reporting (BICR) team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality data insights that support decision-making across employment, trade and vocational education and training (VET). Working closely with the Manager, BICR, you will design, develop and maintain performance reporting frameworks and analytical solutions that monitor trends, measure outcomes, and inform strategic planning across DTET. This role operates across both the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and the Customer Reporting team. You will contribute to the transformation of legacy systems and help build modern data platforms that manage large volumes of VET data into the EDP. Within the Customer Reporting team, you will respond to ad-hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders, delivering accurate, timely and actionable insights.
