Your opportunity The Program Leader, Data Insights will lead a team of data and spatial professionals in the development and implementation of a strategic data insights and spatial program to support the Electoral Commission of Queensland’s (ECQ) operational and strategic objectives. This role will oversee the delivery of high-quality, impactful data analytics, reporting and spatial services, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements while driving innovation and continuous improvement. The Program Leader will provide strategic leadership, foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders, and ensure the effective governance and management of ECQ’s data assets. This role will play a critical part in enhancing electoral transparency, public trust, and community engagement in Queensland.
