Provide high level, specialist interventions and related clinical services within Ipswich hospital Maternity, Special Care, Antenatal and Paediatric clinical services. This role will provide clinical practice, advice, and consultation to the multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and support the continuum of care from hospital to the community. All clinical services are provided in line with the Social Work professional code of ethics and practice standards. Permanent part time opportunity – 45.6 hours per fortnight!
