Permanent and temporary opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical services including assessment, intervention and evaluation to people experiencing homelessness with complex mental health within a five-kilometre radius of the Brisbane CBD. Work within a multidisciplinary team using an assertive outreach approach, collaborating with stakeholders, families and carers to provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.
