The North West Speech Pathology Team delivers services across hospital and community settings, including inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation, and primary health sites. The role of the Deputy Manager supports the Manager in coordinating the service and providing clinical leadership for adult speech pathology care. It requires strong clinical expertise, the ability to manage a caseload and service development activities, and experience in staff management, including recruitment, supervision, and performance development.
