Within a multidisciplinary environment and in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Consultant – Cardiac Rehabilitation, the Registered Nurse – Cardiac Rehabilitation strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe, quality, clinically appropriate cardiac rehabilitation nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families/carers and other health professionals.
