The Workforce Planning Officer is responsible for managing the planning and implementation and communication of initiatives that enhance workforce performance, productivity, and recognition programs. The role also provides expert input, advice, and high-level administrative support for sector-wide workforce planning and development policies, programs, and initiatives.
