The Clinical Facilitator (CF) role provides advanced clinical knowledge and care in managing patients with a range of conditions and contributes to the effective functioning of clinical units and teams. This is achieved through role modelling, problem-solving and applying best practice principles in clinical care, education, leadership and portfolio management. Working in collaboration with the Simulation Nurse/Midwife Educator and Nurse/Midwife Unit Mangers across West Moreton Health (WMH) the CF delivers training, education, and professional development from an operational perspective. Permanent Part Time opportunity - 40 hours per fortnight!
