Provide strategic direction to the Civil Asset Management Group within the Transport and Civil Infrastructure Division to ensure the effective management and maintenance of the Northern Territory Government’s civil infrastructure assets. Lead efforts to standardise maintenance practices, improve contract management, and deliver best practice asset management across the Northern Territory. Support the preparation of business cases and Cabinet submissions to address maintenance funding needs and support asset renewal programs. Selection will be made at the SP2, SAO1 or ECO level depending on the experience or qualifications of the successful applicant. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered or alternatively the successful applicant can select to be appointed on an ongoing basis.
