Start a new journey with West Moreton Health! Provide high level of administration support to the Residential Aged Care Acute Support Service (RaSS)! The RaSS offers support to the 16 Residential Aged Care Homes (RACH) located within the West Moreton Region, with a population of approximately 1400 residents Approximately 100 RACH residents present to the ED each month. These patients have a higher likelihood of inpatient admission. Since the RASS service commenced, there has been a slow reduction in the number of RACH residents presenting to the ED The service operates between 0800-1830, 7 days a week and is based on Level 1 of the Hayden Centre. Permanent Part Time position – 38 hours per fortnight.
