The position of Principal Project Officer – NAVIGATE: Transition Coaching to build health literacy, self-advocacy and healthy lifestyle behaviours for Queensland Adolescents with acquired brain injury (ABI), and their caregivers will provide high level project management skills to lead this QPRS Project funded by the National Injury Insurance Scheme Qld (NIISQ) to develop a Statewide transition coaching model for adolescents with an acquired brain injury (ABI) and their families.
