Youth Justice is committed to keeping Queensland communities safe by providing early intervention to ensure that young people are held accountable for their offending behaviour. We help support them to become responsible members of the community. The role of the Transition Officer is to provide assistance and ongoing support to young people to re-engage in education or training. With the aim of secure and sustainable employment, and an overarching goal of reducing re-offending by young people.
