The Director, Strategy and Support (Director S&S) provides strategic and operational advice to the Assistant Director-General, Supreme District and Land Courts Service (ADG SDLCS) and the courts and tribunals leadership team, is able to problem solve, identify and drive solutions, focussed on consistency and continuous improvement in registry operations to improve the experience of court users, as well as in service standards and service delivery of court operations more broadly.
