An exciting opportunity exists in the Ethical Standards Assessment Unit responsible for reviewing allegations relating to misconduct and corrupt conduct of Queensland Corrective Services staff. As the Complaints Coordinator, you will play a critical administrative support role to a team of Assessors. You will: • Manage the intake and triage of incoming complaints through a centralised electronic mailbox and ensure that all relevant information is gathered to support the assessment process. • Engage with complainants and notifiers to gather information required for the assessment in a person centred, trauma informed and culturally sensitive way. • Support the Assessment Unit in relation to their information sharing, performance reporting and integrity checking responsibilities.
