We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Officer to join our school team and provide high-quality technical support services within a dynamic secondary school environment. You will support the delivery and maintenance of information and communication technology systems across the school, ensuring reliable operation of devices, networks, software, and classroom technologies that enhance teaching and learning outcomes. Working collaboratively with school staff, regional support teams, and external providers, the Technical Officer will assist with troubleshooting, asset management, system maintenance, user support, and the implementation of departmental ICT initiatives. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering responsive customer service in a busy educational setting.
