The role of the Advisor - Recruitment is to support the delivery of centralised state wide recruitment and onboarding for disability services staff working within Disability Services and Support and Forensic Disability Services. As the Advisor, in this role you will provide advice, and deliver practical information and utilise appropriate recruitment and selection methods that include talent attraction, candidate care and assessment and utilise recruitment tools to support the recruitment and selection processes. You will also contribute knowledge and skills to assist the team to implement strategic recruitment projects.
