The PSC is seeking a dynamic professional to join the Priority Initiatives and Program Development team. This adaptable, multi-disciplinary team delivers scalable, system-wide outcomes, focusing on collaboration and innovation to support a capable, ethical and connected public sector. In this role, you'll lead high-priority workforce initiatives, develop frameworks, programs and tools, and work closely with the Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development to embed the Regional Collaborative Governance Model and strengthen regional leadership. You'll also contribute to key projects like the State of the Sector Report and Collaboration Connect tools. We're looking for someone with experience managing complex projects, with strong collaboration skills and a passion for innovation.
