As our Principal Coordinator Funding you will: • Initiate the development of appropriate legal contracts with external funders to accommodate approved work conducted by or on behalf of DPI. • Manage the business relationships between DPI and external funders and collaborators by promoting the open exchange of strategic issues and opportunities and ensuring strict compliance with government and funder guidelines in terms of funds management and performance. • Review externally developed contracts (including conducting a risk assessment) in accordance with the responsibilities of a contract facilitator, and liaise with funders, collaborators and DPI legal to address contentious issues identified.
