The Elective Surgery Bookings (ESB) and Preadmission Unit operates a Monday to Friday service, within the hours of 0730-1700.The position contributes to Surgical and Procedural Pathway towards the achievement of national elective surgery targets and Queensland Health’s elective surgery targets for West Moreton Hospital and Health Service including outsourcing surgical care to private health providers. Nurses in the ESB and Preadmission Unit work within a multi-disciplinary team aiming towards a comprehensive plan of care to patients and their families who are waiting for elective and emergency surgery at Ipswich Hospital. •Multiple vacancies – Permanent and Temporary Full-time and Part-time! •Temporary vacancy is for 6 months
