The position of Social Worker will deliver quality Social Work for children and families, as part of a multidisciplinary team within the Child Development Service (CDS) across multiple sites of a designated Service Area. Utilise valid and reliable evidence to optimise the health and wellbeing of children by supporting their participation and engagement in the activities of their everyday life.
