The Department of Education is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking leader to join the team as Director, Workforce Planning. In this influential role, you will lead the development of a contemporary, enterprise-wide workforce planning approach that supports the department to deliver high-quality education outcomes for students across Queensland. You will provide the strategic insight, leadership and partnerships required to strengthen workforce sustainability and ensure the department is equipped to meet its current and future workforce needs. Working closely with senior leaders across the department, you will translate workforce data and emerging trends into actionable workforce strategies, guide strategic decision making and help build workforce planning capability across the organisation.
