The North Queensland Region, Department of Education is seeking a practitioner to specialise in educational pathway planning for significantly disengaged young people, particularly those involved with the youth justice system. This role combines case management and strategic practice to support young people to re engage in education, training or vocational pathways. You will provide education advice to the Court and work closely with young people, their families, schools, alternative education and training providers, and partner agencies to identify and implement appropriate, sustainable education pathways. Using strong stakeholder engagement, cultural capability and relationship-based practice, you will address complex needs and barriers to engagement, contributing to improved education participation and long-term life outcomes.
