You will ensure early childhood education and care (ECEC) services meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance: leading complex investigations, guiding regulatory decisions and providing expert advice that directly impacts the wellbeing of children. We seek an experienced investigator with high-level skills to undertake sensitive and protracted investigations relating to allegations of non-compliance with legislative provisions. You will possess experience preparing detailed investigation reports and/or briefs of evidence and be adept at providing support, guidance, mentoring and capability building to team members relating to investigative best practice. You will be expected to develop a broad understanding of the regulatory framework for ECEC, as well as confidence with the regulatory tools available within the Regulatory Authority’s contemporary risk-based approach.
