The Community Corrections Command is responsible for supervising adult offenders in the community. Community Corrections is divided into seven regions, each with several district offices and reporting centres. In addition to the seven regions, Community Corrections is responsible for managing offenders under the Dangerous Prisoners and Sex Offenders Act. The Electronic Monitoring and Precinct Management Unit (EMPMU) is responsible for the coordination of the Agency’s statewide GPS Monitoring programs and management of the contingency accommodation precinct across the state and consists of the following work units; •Electronic Monitoring and Surveillance Unit (EMSU) - responsible for QCS’s electronic monitoring capability and service delivery.•Precinct Management Unit (PMU) – responsible management of Dangerous Prisoners (Sex Offenders) Act contingency accommodation precincts
