Are you passionate about ethical decision-making and improving integrity systems?Reporting to the Director, Corporate Governance, you will provide strategic and operational advice on integrity matters across RSHQ's people, frameworks and systems to support ethical, accountable and impartial decision-making.You will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the integrity framework, manage complaints and investigations, and work with stakeholders to strengthen integrity practices across the organisation.Resources Safety & Health Queensland (RSHQ) is the independent regulator of worker safety and health in Queensland's mining, quarrying, petroleum, gas and explosives industries.We focus on protecting workers and communities impacted by resources operations and explosives use, working with industry and stakeholders to reduce risk and promote safe, sustainable practices.
