Join the Human Resources Business Intelligence team to deliver an impactful, time bound uplift in workforce data capability. This role will scale a proof of concept for near real time rostering data using a change data capture (CDC) approach, improving timeliness, integrity and usability of critical workforce insights. You’ll leverage Databricks and Azure Data Factory to build robust, observable pipelines and data models that support statewide reporting and decision making across Queensland Health.
