Queensland Corrective Services is seeking a motivated and organised Staff Training Coordinator to support the delivery of high‑quality operational training within a correctional centre environment. In this pivotal role, you will ensure correctional officers maintain their vocational qualifications and mandatory training in line with agency and RTO requirements. Working closely with the QCS Academy, internal trainers, centre management, and external providers, you will coordinate, deliver, and oversee training programs that build capability, strengthen operational readiness, and support safe and effective custodial practice across the centre.
