The Director, Staff Support Services is a key role within the QAS.The role is responsible for the leadership, management and delivery of the QAS staff support service function (Priority One), which provides high quality programs to support the emotional and psychological well-being of QAS employees, volunteers and their families, in line with regulatory compliance and best practice mental health models.The Director, Staff Support Services will provide a superior level of support to the Commissioner and senior executives and lead the development and maintenance of a professional and cohesive employee assistance network throughout the state, to ensure that high quality employee assistance and counselling services are delivered.
