Within a primary health care context and under the guidelines of the Community Home Care Service Program (CHSP) and the Tasmanian Home and Community Care Program (HACC), supervise and coordinate activities of the Home Care Service (HCS). Provide effective and efficient supervision of human and physical resources of the HCS. Provide professional support and leadership to HCS staff in the delivery of domestic and personal care assistance, and other services as funded under the CHSP/HACC programs. Work as an effective member of the Primary health team in the implementation of strategic direction, review and evaluation of services, development of policies and improvement of business practices.
