We are seeking a Regional Director (Child and Family) to lead and manage the Sunshine Coast and Central Queensland Region to deliver government priorities for culturally responsive and needs-based child and family service delivery.The Regional Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of child protection and placement services across the Sunshine Coast district, driving contemporary service models and providing outstanding stewardship and strategic leadership to achieve the region’s vision, priorities and responsibilities.Through a results-driven approach and a child, family and community-focused culture, you will contribute to achieving high quality and sustainable service delivery outcomes. Experience working in a complex and high demand child protection environment and a relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
